I knew several days in advance that the title of November’s MotM would be “allow” because for weeks that word came up on many occasions either from articles/books I’ve been reading or podcasts I’ve been hearing.

All morning and during the whole time of creating this month’s mandala, I’ve had Sam Cook’s “A Change is Gonna Come” song in my head. While it talks about some serious issues, the song and Sam’s fantastic vocals make me hopeful for the future.
