July 2012: More Than One Way to Get There

Our divine nature forever pushes us forward on our spiritual journey as we experience our lives on this planet as human beings. Often times we lose sight of this, fears fog our way making us want to stay in place or go backwards, which is neither good nor bad…it just is.

This mandala reminds us that how we move forward on our journey is immaterial. We can drift along with the wind, floating above it all as if in a hot air balloon, giving us amazing views, relying on outside forces to move us, watching the lives of others from afar. We can speed along on a super highway giving us a direct path with full control of our speed and fewer opportunities for little side adventures. We can casually drive through back roads over hills and through valleys which takes longer while giving us many opportunities to meet many people along the way along with experiencing out-of-the-way adventures.

Each of these ways, along with countless others, have their own experiences and opportunities. At some point in our lives we probably tried any number of these paths.

Our challenge becomes being okay with whichever way we choose regardless of what others choose to do as well as being okay with how others choose to move along on their journey. It’s okay if we/they want to speed along; it’s okay if we/they want to hover for awhile; it’s okay if we/they prefer to meander along.

We just need to become aware of our own forward movement and how we choose to move along. If we feel stuck, confused, or lost it’s just that we have forgotten about who we are and where we are on our journey.

It’s okay. Breathe. Time to find our way again.

I feel compelled to tell you what I often hear my guides tell me:

You have all the time you need to do all that you need to do.

Ponder this as you color this month’s mandala of the month.

Happy Coloring!
