Download and color the March 2024 Mandala of the Month
For 2024 I embark on “A Journey Into Joy”…you’re welcome to come along with me. Each month I’ll be leading us through a modified version of the hero’s journey, as professed by Joseph Campbell.
My quest for this year is to work through all that is keeping me from my joy. I know it’s there and I intend to uncover it, one month at a time, once and for all.
Step 3 The Refusal We’ve received the call-to-adventure (Step 2) and yet we refuse it, we reject it, or we resist it in some way or for some reason. Chances are, at the core of it, some form of fear or limiting belief is compelling us to turn away from the call. This fear/limiting belief could be our own or coming from someone or somewhere else.
With this step we are encouraged to face the fears/limiting beliefs. We do that by digging deep to become aware of them, acknowledging them, and processing through them enough so that we can move forward even if we still feel nervous about it.
THE PROCESS
I’ll be coloring this mandala once a week throughout the month, as a way to address “the refusal” in the different areas of my life that I wrote about for Step 1 (health, home, “The Mandala Lady”, and my purpose). I’ll be posting my colorings along with “my refusals” at the MandalaoftheWeek.com.
