When I learned that the title for this month’s mandala is “be in our bodies”, I found it curious…wondering what they meant by it. Then I experienced the opposite and understood.
November 2010: Allow
I knew several days in advance that the title of November’s MotM would be “allow” because for weeks that word came up on many occasions either from articles/books I’ve been reading or podcasts I’ve been hearing.
