This month’s MotM is aligned with the Astrology sign of Libra and it encourages us to create harmony within ourselves, in our lives, and in the world around us. From Maggie on Spiru.com regarding Libra “Libra is ruled by the planet Venus. … Libra loves to create balance and harmony, which is why the scale is their symbol. … Libra is artsy and intellectual and seeks comfort from friends. Libras highly value art and beauty.”
From Kristina Talarek on LifeGoalsMag.com in her article entitled Balance in Life is Out – Why We Should be Aiming for Harmony Instead, she states: “Harmony means the way you’re showing up in your life is aligned with your priorities, the energy that you have, and your immediate needs.”
Activities that inspire harmony: coloring mandalas, doing yoga, being in nature, meditating, visiting a museum, being among flowers, listening to soothing music or music that soothes you, doing something creative, and so on.
