As human beings we live in a dualistic world; a world of opposites. What often ends up happening is that the two opposites tend to oppose each other.

Up until this morning I had little idea of what January’s MOTM would be. Then I woke up from a short but powerful dream. When I finished analyzing it I realized that I need to create more harmony and balance in my life.

Last month’s MOTM was about finding balance and being gentle on ourselves. Regardless of setbacks, keep moving forward. Apparently, this month we expand on this them to add persistence to the mix.

This was a two day process. Yesterday while meditating I saw the 3-pointed celtic-like image. The rest came today while sketching out the entire mandala.

This mandala is about creating calmness in our lives regardless of what’s going on around us…In general, coloring, and especially coloring mandalas, is a fun way to meditate allowing you to achieve calmness.
